This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store information when you use Hexactly.

1. Information We Collect

Hexactly is designed to run without requiring an account or personal information.

The game stores the following data locally on your device:

• level progress and completion status
• settings (e.g. music/sound volume, language)

We do not collect:

• real names
• physical addresses
• government identification
• contact details
• advertising profiles

2. In-App Purchases

Hexactly offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional levels.

These purchases are processed entirely by the platform you downloaded the game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We do not receive or store your payment details — payment information is handled directly by Google or Apple according to their own privacy policies.

We may receive confirmation that a purchase was completed, so the game can unlock the corresponding content, but this does not include your payment information.

The terms governing this purchase, including refunds, are set out in our End User License Agreement (see the Hexactly legal page) and in the store's own terms of sale.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Progress and settings data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Uninstalling the game or clearing its data will permanently delete this information.

4. Analytics and Third-Party Services

Hexactly does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and any such service would only process the limited technical information necessary for its purpose, according to its own privacy policy.

5. Children's Privacy

Hexactly is a general-audience puzzle game.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by local laws without appropriate parental consent — in part because we do not require or collect personal information to play the game.

If you believe personal information from a child has been collected improperly, please contact us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to:

• request access to your data
• request deletion of your data
• request correction of inaccurate data
• object to certain processing activities

Since Hexactly stores progress and settings locally on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the game.
