End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Barkhalla Studios GmbH.

By downloading, installing, or using Hexactly, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

Barkhalla Studios GmbH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hexactly for personal entertainment purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of the game or its assets.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute unauthorized copies
• reverse engineer the game except where permitted by law
• exploit bugs to gain unauthorized access to paid content
• interfere with the game's infrastructure

3. In-App Purchase (Full Version Unlock)

Hexactly is free to download and play. It offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase that permanently unlocks the full set of levels.

This purchase is processed entirely through the platform you downloaded the game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). The platform, not Barkhalla Studios GmbH, is the merchant of record: your payment method, invoicing, and any applicable VAT are handled by Google or Apple under their own terms.

Because the unlock is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase, refund and cancellation requests are governed by the store's refund policy rather than by Barkhalla Studios GmbH directly. To request a refund, please use the Google Play or Apple App Store support channel for your purchase.

The unlock applies to the game installation associated with your store account and does not transfer between platforms (for example, from Google Play to the App Store).

4. Intellectual Property

All game content, including:

• code
• visuals
• audio
• designs
• trademarks
• logos

belongs to Barkhalla Studios GmbH or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• the game will be error-free
• services will always be available
• bugs will be fixed immediately

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barkhalla Studios GmbH shall not be liable for:

• loss of data
• loss of progress
• service interruptions
• indirect damages

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Barkhalla Studios GmbH operates, unless local consumer laws provide otherwise.
