End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Barkhalla Studios.

By downloading, installing, or using our games, you agree to the terms below.

1. License

Barkhalla Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal entertainment purposes.

You do not acquire ownership of the game or its assets.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• redistribute unauthorized copies
• reverse engineer the game except where permitted by law
• exploit bugs or online systems
• use cheats to disrupt online features
• interfere with servers or infrastructure
• upload unlawful or malicious content

3. User Accounts

Some features may require account creation or sign-in.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity performed through it.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in:

• cheating
• harassment
• abuse
• illegal activity
• malicious behavior

4. User-Generated Content

Some games allow players to create and share content, including custom levels.

For Dimenshaper, user-generated content consists primarily of simple 2D platform layouts created using in-game tools.

You retain ownership of content you create.

However, by uploading or sharing content through our services, you grant Barkhalla Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• host
• store
• display
• distribute
• moderate

that content for purposes related to operating the game and its community features.

You may not upload content that:

• infringes copyright
• violates laws
• contains hate speech
• contains explicit illegal material
• contains malicious software or harmful code

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

5. Online Services

Online functionality may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of:

• servers
• matchmaking
• cloud saves
• level-sharing systems
• online features

6. Intellectual Property

All game content, including:

• code
• visuals
• audio
• designs
• trademarks
• logos

belongs to Barkhalla Studios or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• the game will be error-free
• services will always be available
• bugs will be fixed immediately

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barkhalla Studios shall not be liable for:

• loss of data
• loss of progress
• service interruptions
• indirect damages
• user-generated content
• online conduct by other users

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to online services if users violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use online services may end immediately.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Barkhalla Studios operates, unless local consumer laws provide otherwise.
